Youth Action Board 2026
Young Leaders. Real Voices. Lasting Impact.
The Youth Action Board (YAB) is a leadership group within The LOVE Program that empowers young women to turn their ideas into action. Through leadership development, advocacy training, community engagement, and peer mentorship, Youth Action Board members learn how to use their voices to create positive change in their schools, families, and communities.
Guided by the LOVE Program's Diamond Mindset, our members develop confidence, strengthen their leadership skills, and discover the power they already possess. The Youth Action Board provides opportunities to plan events, facilitate discussions, lead service projects, and advocate for issues that matter most to youth.

The Execuitive Board

What We Believe
The Youth Action Board is more than a leadership experience—it is a space where young women develop the confidence, professionalism, and life skills needed to succeed in school, their communities, and future career pathways. Through the principles of the Diamond Mindset and the 7 Virtues of a Lady—Faith, Health, Finances, Entrepreneurship, Time, Attitude, and Beauty—participants gain real-world experience in leadership, communication, teamwork, public speaking, goal setting, and community engagement.
Youth Action Board members take an active role in planning initiatives, facilitating workshops, leading discussions, collaborating with community partners, and representing the values of The LOVE Program. These experiences help participants build strong character, develop professional habits, strengthen their resumes and portfolios, and prepare for future opportunities in higher education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement.
By combining personal development with hands-on leadership experiences, the Youth Action Board equips young women with the tools to lead with purpose, advocate for change, and confidently step into their future as scholars, professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
