The LOVE Program is a nonprofit organization that serves at-risk young women of color ages 13 -21 throughout Southern California. The organization’s tool for success is a 10-week program where the young women are called the LOVE Diamonds. This program consists of bi-weekly self-development, self-awareness, career development, leadership skills, and job readiness training. The program aids in the advancement of at-risk young women of color in high school and throughout college.
